Principal Consultant

Paul is Principal Consultant in Soimplement’s Dev-Ops Transformation practice.

An accomplished DevOps engineer, Paul has a keen interest in emerging cloud technologies and is an active contributor to open-source projects. He is expert in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and container orchestration for complex, high-availability, multi-regional deployments.

Paul has successfully delivered cloud platforms involving voice, archiving, compliance, payment-processing and social engagement, for start-ups and enterprises in Europe and North America.

Paul has a BSc in computer science. He is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and a Terraform Certified Associate.

Andrew Dunn Soimplement

Advisor

Andrew advises Soimplement and its clients on product strategy, design and engineering transformation.

An accomplished CTO for start-ups and international software firms, Andrew specialises in helping organisations who need to re-energise or transform struggling product or engineering operations, or bring new products to market rapidly. 

Andrew has successfully led major engineering transformations for firms in distress or undergoing market pivots, ran engineering for a Gartner Magic-Quadrant leader, and took a Vodafone-backed start-up from conception to exit. 

Andrew holds a BSc in computer science.

Associate

Nick leads Soimplement's Technology Security, Event, Incident and Performance-Monitoring Practice.

Nick combines deep  infrastructure-design and data-analytics expertise to help clients discover the actionable intelligence that’s essential for running any modern software business. This extends to ‘application observability’ – another increasingly critical factor for enabling frictionless, efficient business growth.

Nick has held various senior engineering roles in both technology start-ups and banking. He 
lead design and deployment of the world’s first cloud-based global payment-processing platform to achieve PCI DSS Level-1 accreditation. 

Nick is an occasional speaker at AWS and Splunk events on best-practice in secure cloud design and SEIM.

Nick has a BSc in computer science, and is a Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.

Director

Ian leads Soimplement's Product Strategy and Design Practice.

Ian specialises in B2B go-to-market strategy and execution — in particular, helping clients adapt their product and sales engines to accelerate client acquisition in line with the demands of today's tech-savvy buyers.

As head of operations, Ian is responsible for business development and service-quality assurance, working with clients through the full engagement life cycle.

Ian has twenty years experience in sales, marketing and operations management for software firms in early and growth stages, principally within enterprise fintech and regtech sectors.

Prior to joining Soimplement, Ian was General Manager of European operations for Smarsh, a leader in communications archive and supervision for financial institutions.

Ian holds an MBA and a BSc in engineering.

Malgorzata Maria Krasowska Soimplement

Business Development Manager

Malgorzata heads international business development for Soimplement.

Malgorzata is an expert in technology-led organizational change and international marketing, and help clients with both internal change and go-to-market strategies.

Malgorzata has held senior business-development and executive roles across Europe and the USA, in enterprise technology and academia, including Thomson Reuters, Kellogg School of Management and the Polish-US Fulbright Commission, where she was Executive Director for three years.

Malgorzata has a BA in English and French, a Masters in comparative literature, and a post-graduate Marketing Diploma from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Director and Co-Founder

Dariusz is Director and Co-Founder of Soimplement.

Based in Warsaw, Poland, Dariusz leads development operations, team augmentation and client projects in Central and Eastern Europe.

Previously CTO of Citigroup’s Handlowy Bank, Dariusz has first-hand experience of the challenges faced by enterprises going through technology transformation.

In addition to his work at Citi, Dariusz has built a successful software-development business providing cloud applications for public sector and utilities.

Dariusz has a PhD in philosophy and a Masters in engineering.

Director and Co-Founder

Director and Co-Founder of Soimplement, Marcin leads the firm’s Dev-Ops Transformation Practice.

A key part of Marcin's role is to ensure clients navigate an increasingly fast-moving cloud-technology landscape, to make the right technology choices for their needs.

A strong ‘DevSecOps’ advocate, he enjoys coaching and mentoring engineering teams seeking to increase ‘resilient' velocity.

Marcin has been building cloud platforms for over ten years and is expert in AWS, Linux and systems design.

He has designed and built cloud infrastructure for global, high-availability applications used by banks and enterprises to manage some of their most sensitive information, and comply with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, USA’s FedRAMP and SOC2.

Marcin has a BSc in computer science and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
